Your initial step is to identify that there is a problem. If you got here, then you have met the first step. The next step is to contact a trained clinician who is able to work with you on your mental health journey and we are here to assist. You may reach out to us and a trained clinician will contact you within 24-72 hours. In case of any emergency or if you feel like you are in crisis, dial 9-1-1 or go to nearest ER. You may also contact the crisis hotline at 9-8-8.

A nurse practitioner is an independent and licensed professional who advances healthcare through an advanced nursing role. The professional must have completed additional training in a complex clinical setting for health promotion and disease prevention. Due to their extensive training, they can perform a lot of tasks that would
include patient assessment, diagnosis and management of chronic illnesses. They are also trained to prescribe medications with a focus on preventive and wellness care.

At your initial appointment, your mental health provider will attempt to understand your mental health challenges and provide you with treatment plans best suited to your needs. Please plan to spend close to an hour or so during this initial encounter.
